They are not the terms on which Specibo software is licensed or provided as a service — that is a separate written agreement between Specibo and the customer institution, and it is the document that governs any deployment, service level or data processing obligation.

Product information is provided for general guidance. Capabilities described here may vary by release and by deployment. Nothing on this site is a warranty, a specification, or an offer capable of acceptance.
Specibo is built on a mature open-source biobanking core and includes third-party open-source components; the applicable notices and licences are provided within the product.
No clinical or regulatory advice
Nothing on this site is clinical, legal or regulatory advice. References to regulatory frameworks describe what the product is designed to support. They are not a certification, an accreditation, or a representation that any particular deployment meets a given obligation — that depends on how the customer configures and operates it, and remains the customer's responsibility.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt this site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it unlawfully. Please do not submit personal data about third parties, and in particular do not submit participant or patient data, through any form here.
Intellectual property
The Specibo name, logo and site content are ours unless stated otherwise. To confirm before publication: the registered entity that owns them, and the status of any trade mark registration.
Liability and governing law
To be drafted by counsel: limitation of liability appropriate to a marketing site, and the governing law and jurisdiction, consistent with the entity named above.
